Position : Corporate Sales Manager
Direct Report to : Head of Growth
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and corporate objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and potential areas for expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Drive new client acquisition through effective sales processes and relationship-building.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Utilize market intelligence to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business
objectives. - Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure a deep understanding of Products.
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Proven work experience in related field
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales leadership within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry regulations.
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
