Position                  : Corporate Sales Manager

Direct Report to     :  Head of Growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and corporate objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Drive new client acquisition through effective sales processes and relationship-building.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Utilize market intelligence to inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business
    objectives.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure a deep understanding of Products.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on performance metrics.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • Proven work experience in related field
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales leadership within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry regulations.
  • Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

  • Regular Work (Mon to Fri, (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Yangon Head Office
