Position : Senior Associate
Direct Report to : Head of Unit
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Develop and implement client success strategies to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of client success initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze client data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of client success initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to navigate complex client relationships and situations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute client success strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from client data.
- Enthusiasm for the fintech industry and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
