Position : Product Manager
Direct Report to : Head of Product
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned products, serving as both the product owner and product manager.
- Lead the product development process, from conception to release, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, market research, and user feedback.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to execute product roadmap initiatives.
- Conduct regular product reviews and retrospectives to assess progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to measure success, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with experience working in agile product development environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data and user insights into actionable product improvements.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in the fintech industry
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with software development processes and technologies are preferred.
- Fluent in English.
