Position : Manager (Marketing Communication)
Direct Report to : Head of Unit
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Monitor online advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
- Generate monthly reports on marketing activities, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct bi-weekly online marketing research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling content for newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage the distribution of marketing materials via email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s online and offline branding presence.
- Lead branding events for employees and office-related activities to strengthen brand identity.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing communication materials.
- Plan and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to promote the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate the success of events and implement improvements for future activities.
- Establish efficient file management systems to streamline marketing communication processes.
- Ensure all marketing documents and assets are properly organized and accessible to relevant team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing communication, preferably in the fintech industry or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong content writing skills and concepts in Burmese language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions
