Position                  : Manager (Marketing Communication)

Direct Report to     : Head of Unit

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Monitor online advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Generate monthly reports on marketing activities, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct bi-weekly online marketing research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Write compelling content for newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Manage the distribution of marketing materials via email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s online and offline branding presence.
  • Lead branding events for employees and office-related activities to strengthen brand identity.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing communication materials.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate the success of events and implement improvements for future activities.
  • Establish efficient file management systems to streamline marketing communication processes.
  • Ensure all marketing documents and assets are properly organized and accessible to relevant team members.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing communication, preferably in the fintech industry or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong content writing skills and concepts in Burmese language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Working Conditions

  • Regular Work (Mon to Fri, (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Yangon Head Office
