Position                  : Head of Product

Direct Report to     : Business Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire product team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product development.
  • Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the product, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive product innovation and excellence through continuous research, analysis of market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for product management, including agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the product team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Manage and optimize resources, including budget, staffing, and technology, to support product development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on product performance, progress, and key metrics.
  • Mentor and coach product team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a product management team.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with fintech systems and technologies are preferred.
  • Fluent in English.

 

Working Conditions

  • Regular Work (Mon to Fri, (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Yangon Head Office
