Position : Head of Product

Direct Report to : Business Director

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire product team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product development.
Set the strategic vision and roadmap for the product, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Drive product innovation and excellence through continuous research, analysis of market trends, and customer feedback.
Establish and enforce best practices for product management, including agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the product team.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
Manage and optimize resources, including budget, staffing, and technology, to support product development initiatives.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on product performance, progress, and key metrics.
Mentor and coach product team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a product management team.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
Technical proficiency and familiarity with fintech systems and technologies are preferred.
Fluent in English.
