Position                  : Associate Customer Relation

Direct Report to     : Head of Unit

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the client onboarding process by assisting clients with account setup, platform navigation, and product training.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new clients by guiding them through the initial stages of their relationship with our company.
  • Assist in documenting client interactions, support tickets, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients with internal teams to drive product improvements and enhancements.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for the fintech industry and a desire to grow and develop within the company.

 

Working Conditions

  • Regular Work (Mon to Fri, (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Yangon Head Office
