Position : Associate Customer Relation
Direct Report to : Head of Unit
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the client onboarding process by assisting clients with account setup, platform navigation, and product training.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new clients by guiding them through the initial stages of their relationship with our company.
- Assist in documenting client interactions, support tickets, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share insights and feedback from clients with internal teams to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Enthusiasm for the fintech industry and a desire to grow and develop within the company.
Working Conditions
