Key Responsibilities
– Generate and manage a pipeline of mid-sized business leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and events.
– Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client pain points.
– Pitch, demo, and close deals with decision-makers (HR Managers, Ops Heads, Finance Managers).
– Ensure seamless handover and activation post-deal closure.
– Monitor account engagement levels and support retention strategies with CSU (Customer Success Unit).
– Develop client relationships into long-term partnerships with upsell potential.
– Work with marketing to generate localized campaigns and targeted outreach for mid-market.
– Update CRM daily with deal stages, next actions, and client information.
– Provide weekly and monthly sales reports with insights, blockers, and forecasts.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– 3–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in fintech, HR tech, HR tech, or employee benefits solutions..
– Confident communicator and deal-closer with mid-market clients.
– Results-driven, analytical, and highly collaborative.
– Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Working Conditions
Working Days: Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Off Days: Saturday,Sunday,Public Holiday
